Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 180 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@queer1imports.com, including your order number and we will be happy to process your return.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item at info@queer1imports.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
