We ship items via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, offering 3-5 day shipping.

2. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5pm PT will be processed the next business day. Please allow extra processing time for personalized or made-to-order items.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and your shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making a payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out for these special offers.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account to track your order's status.

6. Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package at the provided shipping address. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a notice for you to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at a nearby location. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
